All Stalls - Traders / Caterers / Crafts Area / Healing Area / Sustainable Futures :

Thanks to all the brilliant stalls who we have met over the years, many of whom have been with us from the outset. We keep stall numbers low and prefer stalls that are unique, local, and offering your handmade goods, so please mention any workshops you might carry out, or other information that will help us pick your stall! We welcome new faces, so do get in touch. We also like colourful fun - the more the merrier! Some pitches such as the The Sustainable Futures & Crafts Areas are free, the rest attract varying fees

We welcome Flypitchers or Blanket pitchers. The pitch must be fully cleared away when not attended. A small fee will be payable on the day. There is no need to book. Simply buy your tickets and trade for the hours that suit you

Nobody may provide; Food or drink unless arranged prior to the event, any treatments except where copies of certificates and insurance has been submitted via the Healing Area, Alternative Highs, Fireworks or Sky Lanterns, Knives etc & any mass-produced / imported plastic goods, as well as other items obviously beyond the remit of Harlequin Fayre. If in doubt, ask

All stall types include an on-site vehicle pass where required and upwards of 2 adult tickets. Stall holders will provide their own unique and beautiful structure, which they will normally camp behind. If you really need your vehicle on-site, please cover it with something pretty! As a rule you will need to provide your own power, from renewable means. This does NOT include generators or running your vehicle engine. For stalls lighting, where needed we suggest solar panels and 12v lighting units of your own. Paraffin lamps may be suitable, where you have the proper precautions and paperwork in place. Different parts of the event have different shut-off times from 6pm to 3am, so we will site you according to your needs

The event has a number of solar powered trader lighting festoons available for rent

All Stalls will be offered the chance to put a donation in the charity bucket. In 2011 useful funds were raised for the Wild Meadows Home Education Group at Ringsfield Hall School, Suffolk. Thank you all!
